Medication non-adherence is one of the most costly problems in healthcare. The provider needed a way to proactively reach patients about prescription compliance and refill management — at scale, without adding headcount.

What We Built

An automated outreach system that identifies patients at risk of non-adherence, triggers personalised communications, and manages the refill workflow end-to-end. The system integrates with existing pharmacy and patient record systems.
